| Osnat,
my best friend, gave me a barbie doll for my 27th birthday, not knowing that today, I am
against what Barbie stands for - the idea that a 'perfect' woman has long blonde hair, big
boobs, slim hips, etc. etc. I hear that not too long ago Mattel (sp?) changed
Barbie's dimensions to something more realistic. My own childhood Barbie was black with gorgeous brown hair and I loved playing with her. I especially enjoyed babysitting for girls who had Barbie dolls. |
